When an alarm is triggered, the Personal Assistance Voice Dialer will sound a built-in 85dB siren and call up to four telephone numbers (911 can be entered also). (Alarm can be disabled, email us for instructions)
What if you have a stroke and can not speak with a 911 operator?
This system has the answer. You record a message into the unit. When the system is activated It then plays the recorded message to the person receiving the call letting them know you have an emergency. It speaks for you !

Q. Does the system call your company when help is needed?
A. No. We didn't make this system to do something that you can do yourself. The system will call up to 4 of your most trusted family members and friends or 911 and deliver a pre-recorded message. People you can trust should be the first to know when something happens. Although, we offer monitoring if you feel that you need a little extra assistance. Q. What happens if the alert is just a false alarm, do you charge a fee?
A. Absolutely not. There are no false alarm fees, ever! When the system calls the receiver can listen in to what is going on to see if help is needed or if the remote just got bumped.
Q. What if no one answers the phone when the Personal Assistance Voice Dialer calls?
A. The Personal Assistance Voice Dialer will continue to call over-and-over until someone answers it. If you miss the first call, it will call you again after it tries the other 3 phone numbers until someone responds.
Q. Will I need to hire someone to install the system?
A. No. The system works right out of the box and you can set it up yourself very easily.
These systems will not be fooled by answering machines!
How does it work?
When a pendant is pressed the system dials the first number that is programmed into it. The system then waits to 'hear' a zero (0) to be pressed on the other end of the line. This tells the system that a human answered the call. If the systems hears a 0 it will stop calling numbers and turn on the speakerphone. If the system does not hear a 0 pressed it will hang up and call the next number in sequence. We suggest that you have 911 programmed at the end of the call list to ensure that someone is contacted in the event of an emergency.
Note: This system WILL work with VOIP systems like AT&T, Comcast digital voice, Vonage and Magic Jack and more.

911 Guardian Phone works just like a cordless phone on any standard phone line with 911 service and tone dialing.
911 Guardian Phone can be comfortably worn around the neck, clipped on a belt, or carried in a pocket at all times.
To avoid accidental activation, the activation button is recessed and must be depressed for a minimum of 1/2 second to turn the phone on.
Great for babysitters, woodworkers, singles and senior citizens.
How the 911 Guardian Phone Works:
In an emergency, press the activation button on the 911 Guardian Phone. The pendant immediately calls 911. Within seconds, you speak directly with the 911 operator through the 911 Guardian Phone.

Can I reprogram the 911 Guardian Phone to dial another phone number besides 911?
No. The 911 Guardian Phone will only dial 911.
Can I use 911 Guardian Phone on a phone system where the user is required to dial 9 or another number to reach an outside line?
No. The 911 Guardian Phone will only work on a phone line with direct access to make a 911 call.
Can I wear the 911 Guardian Phone while sleeping?
No. To prevent accidental activation of the 911 Guardian Phone, do not wear the pendant while sleeping. Instead of wearing the pendant while sleeping, place the pendant within easy reach of your bed (on a nearby stand or table).
Can I use the 911 Guardian Phone in my home if I have DSL?
If your home has DSL service for your computer, you will need to use a DSL filter in line with the 911 guardian phone base station OR IT WILL NOT WORK. A DSL filter can be obtained from a local electronics supplier or your DSL service provider.
